@rutman how long did you pin until you noticed the numbness or tingling
Yes. I don't think I could take anymore than that. And actually, I don't think I will go back up to six. Not the smartest thing I have done. lolHeady is 6iu the highest you've gonna on gh?
Is the numbness that bad everyone talks about and is it a symptom for everyone or just a few? Also sounds like it's stranger time for you guys no need to sit on your hand you can always pass out in a glory of used kleenex.
About week 3 + it started. Lethargy about 2 weeks in, but joint pain 3 + weeks.I've been on 2.5iu per day grey tops for 2 weeks now with no numbness or tingling. Slight lethargy but that's it.
now this shit makes sense I thought I was just sleeping on my arms that's why the would go numb . And get that tingling feeling like my arms fell asleep or is this different feelingI got up to 4iu of Greytops with minimal numbness except my hands and feet would go numb much quicker in certain positions. At 5iu of Black Tops my hands felt like numb sausages. It'd wake me up numerous times and I had trouble loading pins and with dropping vials because my fingers were so clumsy feeling. I prefer the Greys.

It's the same kind of thing, it just happens way easier and seems more intense. Positions that normally wouldn't do it cause it. I don't know, it was weird, I only ran it that high two weeks.
Even happens when i drive , if i hold my hand in certain positions. But ima stick it out 2 more months.
I've read the same thing, however I am not sure it was Dr. Jim. I started low and slowly increased to 4iu a day over a 2 month time frame, maybe not slow enough because I have had a lot of the same sides. The sides are getting better for the most part. The biggest issue I have is slight lethargy and my knuckles feel like they are full of pressure.Aren't all those sides supposed to be avoidable, to a certain extent, if you start low and oncrease your dose in very small increments and very slowly? I thought I read dr. Jim say something like that a while back.
Mine is getting betterWell the 4iu had caught up with me... It's kicking my ass just like the seros. I'm just going to ride it out and hopefully the numbness will subside soon.

So if one were to start at say 2 iu per day, and increase by just half an iu every month do you think that would help?start lower for longer period of time gradually uptick it
