platinum direct hgh

Ya on slin appetite can get kind of wild but as long as you keep diet in check you will be ok. General rule of thumb I go by is 10g of carb per iu. I mean I'm 240 pounds though so the amount of slin you use is individual to everyone. Today is a slin and hgh day so my macros are about 300-350 protein, 400-450 carb and about 25 fat. It sucks eating that low of fat but when on slin it's necessary. Eating too much fat on slin will fatten you up quick. Lots of rice and egg whites today.

I was very scared of slin when I first started.. I've backed off and only do about 10iu log at a time now. 15 sometimes makes me go hypo but I never pin it if I know I won't have access to carbs to get me out of that. Hypo isn't a fun feeling but it doesn't last long when you finish your carb shake the moment you feel it. Just be careful and smart about it. Start with low doses and add a couple iu's each time you try it. I believe the body naturally releases 4-6ius for a meal, so you probably won't notice much around those doses. Everyone is different though so take your time
I gain weight very quickly using slin (not fat) but I need to have a very low bf% first.

Starting out I used 10g to every IU but now I just use a really good glucose meter to keep myself in check. I gain fat much slower cause I'm eating the minimum. I always keep candy around. When I cycle it at 20iu of Humalin R or even 15 I'll wear a diabetic bracelet so if something happens to me someone can help me.
No matter how long I've been cycleing insulin I take no chances. What happens if I get I to a car accident leaving the gym? Get knocked out fighting someone? I need to give myself the best possible chance of surviving. This might seem a little much but as first responder these are the kinds of things I look for.

That's super low fat, damn... you cook most of your stuff with like Pam? Were you able to stay lean with this kind of breakdown? What's your macros on days without slin?

I use some coconut oil. It's measured out though. On slin days I have dextrose and protein shakes that have like 1-2g of fat, lots of egg whites, lots of rice, chicken breast.. on non slin days it's low carb high fat, like today I only had 35g carb, 120g of fat and 200 protein. This was kind of a low day for me though, usually get more fat and protein. Yes get as lean as possible before starting slin and you'll just blow up lean. I've been losing fat on this protocol. But I'm also been very strict with my diet because I don't want to fuck up

That's smart of you. I haven't gained fat on it, I'm more scared that it will happen so I'm just very cautious on the days I use it. I read for every 1g of carb you eat on slin you pull in 4g of water? So 450g of carbs adds 4 pounds of water.. anyone else ever heard of this?

No but I wanna say that ratio is about right depending on the size of the person. I can gain that easily. If I shoot 10ius and eat my typical 4g of carbs per iu and an additional 2g per iu during the peaks I can gain 5lbs of water in 3days max (drinking a straight gallon).
From this point on weather I add more insulin or carbs I wont take on anymore water in the muscle. It's almost right at 10ius I get the water gain bad.
I also played with it and taken diauretics before. It was like popping a water balloon. Ha

Not nearly as bad which leads me to believe that the diuretic diminished potassium? Or soduim? One of the two which kept the rebound from being so bad. To tired to be posting.ha

Most diuretics will cause the body to excrete both sodium and potassium along with the excess fluid as urine. But there are certain potassium-sparing diuretics which will only expel the sodium and excess water.
I believe most of the water/bloat seen from GH is caused by the body retaining sodium...it is slightly more complex than that but this article helps explain some theories

Didn't read the study but I will in the morning just wanted to comment that I also know that GH will cause you to retain more potassium then you should. Don't know to what extent just remembered that detail is all.

If I recall correctly from anatomy class sodium and potassium are opposing homeostats, which means as one increases the other decreases to counter-balance homeostasis

True . Thats why nutritionist stress that we need more potassium in our diet to even out our high sodium intake these days . Way too much sodium/salt in our diets....;)
