Just finished my first kit of blacks pinning a whole vial first thing in the morning on mwf's... I was impressed the first couple weeks.. but then I added slin to this final week and omg I can't believe how quick shit got real. I'm scared to weigh myself. Conditioning stayed the same but I think I'm up 10-20 pounds haha
How was you running your skin with the blacks exactly. Dose of skin?

Haha well I wouldn't say it was a beginners dosing protocol.. but it wasn't that difficult to do.

MWF:
Wake up: 1vial of blacks with 45iu lantus and 10iu humalog
15 mins later start sipping on shake with 100g carbs and 50g protein

Preworkout: 10iu humalog
Drink same macro shake through workout.
Post workout: 15iu humalog with shake of 150g carb and 50g protein

Remainder of day stick to carbs and protein with low fat.

All other days are no slin or hgh with low carb and higher fat and protein

Yea definitely not a beginner protocol. This will be my first time with slin. Thanks for sharing with me. Those are huge doses compared to my numbers.
 
I'll be using novolin r what's your recommendations on my slin dose ? First time user? 4iu a couple or few times to get the feel of it and 6-16iu after I'm used to the effects on MY body? My hgh dose also. I'm thinking start low of course also at first 2iu-8iu eventually ...

Had a friend start slin recently. He ended up dropping it fairly quickly. Je was only doing3iu pre workout and couldn't get enough food. He said it felt like he was just eating air. I personally will start slin 2iu a day and gradually go up to no more than 10iu if I can handle it that high. Slin is not something to try a little and decide to go balls to the wall. Be safe
 
I couldn't agree more with you on that. What do you mean he said it was like eating air? He had a hard time getting enough carbs or he was eating to.much and getting fat?

Had a friend start slin recently. He ended up dropping it fairly quickly. Je was only doing3iu pre workout and couldn't get enough food. He said it felt like he was just eating air. I personally will start slin 2iu a day and gradually go up to no more than 10iu if I can handle it that high. Slin is not something to try a little and decide to go balls to the wall. Be safe
 
Some days I really have a hard time eating enough. I fin hate it bro. I wish I was running some eq right now as maybe that would help me with my appetite some. The days where I can eat good I Fuck it up though and tAke full advantage.
 
Ya on slin appetite can get kind of wild but as long as you keep diet in check you will be ok. General rule of thumb I go by is 10g of carb per iu. I mean I'm 240 pounds though so the amount of slin you use is individual to everyone. Today is a slin and hgh day so my macros are about 300-350 protein, 400-450 carb and about 25 fat. It sucks eating that low of fat but when on slin it's necessary. Eating too much fat on slin will fatten you up quick. Lots of rice and egg whites today.

I was very scared of slin when I first started.. I've backed off and only do about 10iu log at a time now. 15 sometimes makes me go hypo but I never pin it if I know I won't have access to carbs to get me out of that. Hypo isn't a fun feeling but it doesn't last long when you finish your carb shake the moment you feel it. Just be careful and smart about it. Start with low doses and add a couple iu's each time you try it. I believe the body naturally releases 4-6ius for a meal, so you probably won't notice much around those doses. Everyone is different though so take your time
 
I have had days where I felt ravenous though... ate about 1600g of carbs that day, haha.. glycogen stores were super-compensated. When I eat too many carbs on slin and hgh my ankles will swell a tad so if that happens I know I overdid it

That's super low fat, damn... you cook most of your stuff with like Pam? Were you able to stay lean with this kind of breakdown? What's your macros on days without slin?
