Platue after 8th week on cycle?

Eat more (with Marcos dialed obviously) and lift heavier is my default if I am not seeing what I want to see after 2-3 weeks of stagnation.
 
I’m gonna add , your training intensity.. most just go through the motions and have never experienced fatigue or absolute failure…
 
You still have a far way to get muscle maturity .. you need to train harder .. it’ll require you to have a. Partner to complete this properly

I include a lot of drop sets in my workout routine in pretty much everything. For me I feel that that’s the best way to get as close to true failure as possible
 
Drop sets are a good way , you gonna need to add in some extra weight somewhere.. partials , force negatives, bands , chains whatever. You gonna get creative with this.. its not all about reps ..
 
If you've been off cycle and you start a cycle of course you're gonna get lots of gains in the first 8 weeks because you went from normal to superphysiological levels. Not sure how you stumbled upon that rxmuscle thread with bad information. The majority of advanced level bodybuilders who take gear do not cycle. There is limited amount of progress you can make with cycling, once you have so much muscle you need to constantly have superphysiological levels to retain it.

I'm not saying blast gear year round, most people can reach their goals with cycling.
