Please critique this cutting cycle:
Goal: lose no muscle (maybe gain a LITTLE?), and get shredded.
9 weeks Test E at 500mg weekly.
Split:
1. Chest 8 sets /Tris 5 sets
2. Legs 8 sets
3. Shoulders 6 sets
4. Back 8 sets /Bis 5 sets
5. Repeat, or take off this day (haven't decided)
(Too many sets?)
Diet: begin first 3 weeks while test is kicking in by bulking, then reducing calories weekly. week 1: 2800 cal, week 2: 2600 cal, week 3: 2200 cal, week 4: get down to 1800 cal with refeed day every 7 days.
Any refinements I should make to this plan? Thanks for any input, this is not set in stone!
