Please explain to me the HCG injection process

I have Pregnyl and I know I need to mix it and I know it must be refrigerated, but I'm not sure on the best way to mix it.

Once I break open the two amps, do I pour the water into the powder? Or do I mix it in a syringe?

If I mix it in a syringe, do I then inject it through the rubber of a sealed vial or do I buy an open vial, mix it in there, and then seal it?

Also, I hear that people use 27g needles, but I can't find that size in any of the websites I checked (the ones that advertise or have been posted here).

They go from 25g to 29g.

Before you mix, you need buy sterile empty vials and bacterialstatic water. Email me and I'll tell you where I buy them.

I always do HCG with a 30 guage insulin needle, but my doc has me doing it SubQ, not IM.

I ended up buying HCG from one of those foreign websites because my doctor refused to write me a script. So it was sent to me without instructions. Just the Pregnyl amp and the liquid amp.

To everybody else who answered this thread, thanks for your input. I already ordered my syringes, needles, vials and the bacteriostatic water as well. I plan to follow SWALE'S protocol on dosage.

Do not use the dilutent that comes with the Pregnyl. If you do, you should probably plan on using all the mixed HCG at once, as it will not keep...even refrigerated. How many iu's are the amps....5000?

Yes, it's 5,000 IUs. I ordered the bacteriostatic water because I read on other threads that it was recommended, but I didn't realize it was because the dilutent would not keep.

So will it be fine if I mix it with the bact water? How much Bact water should I mix in with the 5,000 IUs?

The amps you have are designed for 1 time use. If you use the supplied solvent the potentcy of the HCG will likely diminish after a day or 2 even with refrigeration.

For a 5000 iu amp, I recommend this:

Draw 1cc of BSH2O into a syringe. Open one 5000IU amp. Inject the BSH2O into the powder in the amp. You now have 1cc of HCG containing 5000IU's. Draw the liquid out of the amp and place in the sterile vial. Now draw 4 MORE cc's of BSH2O into your syringe. Add this to the sterile vial. This will give you 5cc's of HCG at 1000IU's per cc. To inject 500IU....use 1/2 cc. To inject 1000IU....use 1cc. Be sure to maintain sterile conditions throughout the above procedure.....swab the amp, sterile vial, and BSH2O vial with alcohol. You can use 1 syringe for the above, however, I would recommend you use two.....one to draw and transfer the initial cc and 1 to add the other 4 cc's of BSH2O. That way you don't risk contaminating your BSH2O vial. You could also put 4 cc's of BSH2O in the sterile vial first and then mix and transfer the HCG (1 cc) to the sterile vial....this way you can safely use 1 syringe w/o risk of contamination to your BSH2O vial.

I have one ampule enanthate 250mg and doing 125mg a week which means from the time i will open it i will have it in the fridge for two weeks .Doesn't loose its efficacy?For how many days could be keeped in the fridge?
Could you please answer cause i have done an injection which was in the fridge for three days and if the efficacy had gone i must do a new one by now.

No worries, testosterone is much more stable. If I had to use ampules, I would sterile filter the contents into sealed sterile vials.

I honestly don't know if it's the only way, but it is a pretty efficient way to store it. Testosterone does not need to be stored in the fridge. It will crystalize if you do.

HCG can be stored for about a month in the fridge.

Are you able to buy HCG without prescription in Greece? I believe the HCG I order from overseas is produced in Greece. It's Pregnyl.

That's exactly what i am using .We have pregnyl and profasi and yeah no prescription.
The pregnyl's company is organon in Greece.
Yesterday i called them by phone to ask about how i can store in the fridge,how many days ,about bacteriostatic water and stuff like this and a fucking jerk who answer the phone refused to tell me even if i explained him is a matter of health,safety.He said to get my pharmacist in the phone and other bullshit.I do not think he knew anything at all
BTW testosterone ampule from the time is being opened it is for one use,this means that all the guys doing 63mg like Phil the rest of the ampule is being thrown?
As you can understand from the previous i told you, from You i am expecting help because here fuck!!

You shouldn't have to throw the rest of the testosterone out. You can use one of those vials to store it (just be sure to switch needles) or as one poster said in another thread, you can just keep it in the syringe and just switch needles.

How much do you pay for 5,000 IUs of Pregnyl?
