Well if that's "company policy" it should be reassessed IMO, since a few of your Internet competitors do and they unequivocally benefit as a consequence.

I beleive if you open an food store, you won't give free products to potential customers. you'll run some discounts for the beginning and that's what we do, we run some nice promos, auctions. but again we don't send any samples.

Sites likes yours and others whom fail to provide ANY assurances of the companies veracity, (veteran references) the products quality (samples) or timely delivery (prompt correspondence), folks should avoid like the plague, IMO.
