Please help reading my bloodwork!

Hey guys, need some help reading my bloodwork.

How’s everything looking? How bad is it? What to look out for? Next steps?

I’m currently on cycle, on a mini cut, and at the time of this test I’ve been off HGH for 5 days

Everything I’m running:
Test EQ HGH (high doses)
Telmisartan 80mg
Cialis 20mg
Retatrutide (started 5 days ago)
BPC157 (started 5 days ago)
I was taking 40iu Lantus daily and 10iu Humalog pre workout for 3 weeks prior to starting the mini cut. I had ran Novolin R pre and post workout for 7 weeks before that.

Edit: I’ve been pounding 6700cal (below 50mg fat daily) for 2 weeks prior to the mini cut and calories haven’t been under 5k in 10 weeks or so. I’ve been running this cycle 15 weeks.

The reason I’m getting bloods primarily is to see what’s causing the mild edema in my legs. Last cycle I ran was identical to this one, just slightly lower doses of test and GH

Your HDL is very low and your triglycerides are a tad high, making for a very poor ratio (which is far more predictive of adverse cardiac events, metabolic syndrome, and all-cause mortality than raw LDL). Have you been taking an oral recently? What's making your HDL so low?

Fasted glucose is decent. Nothing otherwise stands out, but there's not enough tested here to really say a lot.

This, along with your recent cardiac MRI results, paint a picture of someone who needs to be very careful. Some people are probably going to tell you to get on a statin, but I honestly don't think they'll help mitigate the effects of your AAS use much. Your heart just may not be cut out for handling high doses and you should probably reconsider your relationship with them.

But I'm just some rando on the internet, so take that for what you will.

Don't just say "high doses" give the friggin doses SMH. How does that help us help you?

That LDL is attrocious. What support supplements are you using? Get on Ezetimibe and/or a statin. How long have you been running cycles?

Everything else looks ok but you don't have any kidney markers and an elevated BUN makes this important. Get your cystatin C and GGT checked asap. No CBC either. This is like the cheapest test and will tell you a lot.

1.8g test 1.8g eq 12iu GH.

Still waiting on Cystarin C with eGFR results

I was actually prescribed a statin, and yeah it didn’t do all that much for me.

Orals, I ran dbol for 6 weeks but I dropped it well over a month ago.

Ah. I didn't notice that you were on EQ. That may be what's hammering your HDL.

Dude, those are huge doses. It's your life, of course, but your recents labs are all but screaming at you to slow down. I get it - you think it can't and won't happen to you. I was like that. But heart disease is IRREVERSIBLE, and as someone with it myself, I can't tell you how much I wish I could go back and change some bad decisions I made.

What statin? Lmao my dude that ldl is pretty bad, surely the statin must have helped a little.

You could also look into non statin meds like ezetimibe + bempedoic aicd, or a newer statin like pitavastatin. Also how old are you? and no cbc/hsCRP? would def recommend getting those next time to better measure inflammation/cardiovasuclar risk, and on that much eq you might wanna make sure your hct is in check..

your food

is your 6.7k calories clean or is it nutella and greasy burgah

if not bad cholesterol is normal on testosterone alone and higher u go the worse it gets. either accept it and take the risk or lower it with meds.

go for around =100 total cholesterol since thats the safest number in all of studies(even tho theres a guy on this forum which used ai to indoctrinate alot of bastards to push lower)

Mostly clean foods. Only unhealthy food I had was a box of cereal daily, and even then it was just frosted wheat (low sodium). Fats are always below 50g
