Total Test 1107 (250-1100) -- Taking 100 mgs T-Cyp and 550 IUs hCG/week
Free Test 172 (46 - 224)
Bioavailable Test 331.3 (110-575)
SHBG 36 (8-48)
Albumin, Serum 4.2 (3.6-5.1)

Estradiol 83 (13-54) -- Indolplex ain't getting it done; I assume I need Armidex.
LH < .2 (1.5 - 9.1)
FSH < .7 (1.6 - 8.0)

DHEA-S 181 (110-370) -- Already taking 50 mgs/day; think I need to try transdermal.
IGF-1 247 (106-255)
Prolactin 12.1 (2.0 - 18.0)
Progesterone 1.5 (.6 - 2.6)
Pregnenolone 38 (13-208) -- Already taking 200 mgs/day; think I need to try transdermal.

Perhaps the E2 explains why I haven't been feeling so well.

Thanks in advance for any help. I plan to see my doc in the next few days. He already mentioned that I may need an aromatase inhibitor.

Ask your doc for this:

100*(575/331.3)=173.6mg/week
173.6/7*2=~50mg EOD
Consider EOD schedule

Tshot 25units of 200mg/mL test
on day of a shot use 0.43 Arimidex pills or equivalent
on days between T shots use 500iu HCG

Use only these needles, shoot everywhere and every way you like.

A couple quick points.

1) Are you suggesting EOD T shots? If so, is there any way I can get away with twice a week. I'd prefer to not have to shoot every day of the week. But if this is the only way to control elevated DHT and/or E2, I guess I'll have to consider it.

2) Do I really need to increase my T and hCG? I guess I would prefer to drop the E2 first, and see how I feel. I'm sort of the "less is better" mindset, however misplaced that may be.

3) Is this level of DHT a health concern? I'm I likely to start losing my hair, and, if so, will it be irreparable? I've already been losing clumps over the last several years, which I attributed to thyroid issues.

4) Would this level of E2 explain a drop in libido (and peformance) and extreme emotions?

I don't see your DHT, am I missing it?
Dude, your TT is high, I doubt Janz means to increase Test. injections( I wouldn't)
Maybe just spread your shots out to lower E2 levels. Man, this concerns me as I'm on the same
protocol and my E2 was high to begin with. Are you getting these labs with new doc? Shoot me an e-mail--Raw

Sorry, my DHT is 82 (25-75). However, with all this estrogen, I'm not feeling all that male.

Also note, the above values were taken on Day 6; I injected T on the previous Day 7 (6 days prior), and hCG on Days 5 and 6 (I delayed hCG injection for the Day 5 of the week I was tested by one day). I was pretty astonished that the total T was as high as it was 6 days later

When did you have your blood test done was it the morning of your next shot or 3 days after. As for Indolplex/DIM try one table in the morning and one at dinner and add some TMG. Yes you can take your dose div. it by 2 and shoot T 2 x's a week this works good for most then do 250 Iu's of HCG the day before your T shot. It looks like your doing to much HCG your testis can only make so much T on HCG the rest turns into E2. I was able to go down 100 IU's and my levels stayed the same. If I went down 150 IU's then my levels fell off.
