Interesting but the key is did they announce themselves appropriately? What about their body cams? Should be easy enough to check. No need to shoot that many times and also, what terrible aim, although it was not well lit.

Sometimes it is hard to know which side to be on. There are plenty of 'thugs' out there but this guy isn't one of the them. The blatant racism is sickening and will likely never go away.
I just don't understand how people can have so much hate and bias that they treat people of a different skin color like they have no rights.

That's kind of silly when you consider how many blacks lived in Oregon in 1934. Oregon is the only state that, by law, refused to permit black settlement, and the repercussions of that are that even today, blacks are less than 2% of the state, not even enough to fill a small city. In 1934 the black population would have been almost non-existent.
So I wasted my time clicking on the chain of links looking for evidence that the "KKK" pushed non-unanimous jury verdicts in Oregon in 1934, and found nothing at all, just a claim as to how many KKK members were in the state (a number that seems very low for 1934 but probably reflects the lack of black population in the state and thus no interest in such an organization compared to states with higher black populations.
Folks just "assert" things, and the rest of us are expected to have been conditioned by the school system just to accept "RACISM" arguments whenever they are offered without critically examining them.
Maybe the KKK did motivate this law in Oregon in 1934, but there is no evidence of that presented in the links, unless I just failed to click on the right one.

Surely there were states with much higher numbers of Klansmen that did not adopt non-unanimous juries?
Maybe there are good reasons to require that a jury verdict be unanimous, but simply pointing to "Klan!" with no evidence is not a good reason.
Racism was the underpinning of all of America's gun control laws until well into the twentieth century, but I don't see leftists out trying to get rid of this vestige of Jim Crow. I see the opposite.

I'm sure evil white KKK supremist Uber-Nazis are the ones committing all these murders in Chicago and around the country. Murders in 2020 hit 19,000, about a 3,000 increase over 2019. Obviously the KKK Nazis are to blame.
