Post Cycle Sides

Alright thanks man, good luck with PCT such a bitch
My first PTC was my hardest. I felt terrible waiting for the esters to clear. But about 3 weeks into Pct I started feeling normal. Now I run the short esters the last 4 weeks of my cycle and wait only 5 days and start Pct. So much better this way.

Yeah that's actually my plan for next cycle, kicking with dbol, using sust then going over to test p for last 4 weeks.

Should I get another test before another cycle or should that be sufficient?

If you are asking THAT question then it's quite likely you're pushing the HTPA recovery envelope and SHOULD obtain LH, E-2 and TT levels again.

I hope you have PRE-cycle values
available for comparison.

Yeah I thought that would be the thing to do, and yes I do have pre-cycle values. I believe they're somewhere in the thread. Thanks Doc

Recovered during pct at around the second week I felt better
20

You sure about that, bc although ester dependent, HTPA recovery can't even begin until 4-6 weeks have lapsed since the LAST PIN.

Time OFF CYCLE is much more important than PCT with respect to recovery, and for that reason PCT is best thought of an AID to HTPA restoration.

To that end, Labs are the only means of ensuring baseline hormonal values have been achieved.

Ester was test e.
I waited 4 weeks to start pct. So the time I started feeling better (libido, energy in the gym, etc) was twords the end of my second week of pct.

That sounds good however, depending upon ones experience, labs are a good idea especially if the amount of time between cycles does NOT exceed (or equal) the previous cycles duration.

In other words time off AAS should at least EQUAL time on AAS ------- or labs are indicated,
otherwise "blast n cruise" often becomes the final product IME.

It's important to remember since many of the signs and symptoms of HTPA recovery can begin at relatively LOW TT levels they are NOT necessarily indicative of effective PCT.

The net effect of the latter for many
is incomplete HTPA recovery and the conversion of well intended cycling into BLAST N CRUISE AAS use.

I plan on getting bloods in another 4 weeks to see where I'm at.

These sides are still driving me crazy, do you guys think going back on cycle would help?

No, before another cycle is even considered you really should get everything sorted out and have answers to all your questions bro. You need to figure out what's going on, and find the solution BEFORE you start messing with your hormones again. Jumping back into a cycle to "fix" whatever is going on would be a terrible bandaid.

Yeah I know it's a bad idea but I'm getting bloods done soon. If everything still checks out I'll give it some time and then hop back on cycle.

Just remember bud, there's PLENTY of time to be on cycle and get big okay? No need to rush things. It's actually good to get some weeks in of working out without aas in your system. No, you won't lift as much, yes, it might suck because being on cycle is the best thing ever. BUT, you gotta play the long game rather than be short sighted, meaning, you still want to be doing this when you're in your 40's and 50's and even beyond right? So take your time, do it smart, and consider all the options

Got Bloods redone, any new opinions?

I bet this happens more often than not. It would be interesting to know what percentage of guys do a proper pct and recover before starting again

That's right I just didn't here the op say anything about his bilirubin. He said he was feeling bad sides.

Well his Bilirubin isn't super high and I think the sides could be from that.

I found this on Bilirubin

"Bilirubin is excreted in bile and urine, and elevated levels may indicate certain diseases. It is responsible for the yellow color of bruises and the yellow discoloration in jaundice. Its subsequent breakdown products, such as stercobilin, cause the brown color of feces. A different breakdown product, urobilin, is the main component of the straw-yellow color in urine."

If it hasn't gone down in a few weeks I would go see a doctor.

High Alkaline could mean several things.

"Liver and gall bladder

Checking ALP levels in the blood is a routine part of a liver function and gall bladder tests. Symptoms such as jaundice (yellowing of the skin and eyes), abdominal pain, vomiting, and nausea may lead your doctor to suspect there is something wrong with your liver or gallbladder.

The ALP test can be helpful in identifying conditions such as:

hepatitis (inflammation or infection of the liver)
cirrhosis (scarring of the liver)
cholescystitis (inflammation of the gallbladder)
blockage of bile ducts (from gallstone, inflammation, or cancer)"

Seems like those are the only 2 things he has that maybe giving him sides. Everything else on the blood work looks normal.

Again none of the alkaline or bilirubin is extremely high. It's just over by a little. I would just wait a few weeks and let the body heal naturally. Maybe stay off the high protein diet.

But then we don't know his life style so maybe there's other things that he maybe doing that can make things worst when on AAS; like drinking alcohol or doing drugs.

Yeah you're right. I hope it's nothing bad for him.
