That's right I just didn't here the op say anything about his bilirubin. He said he was feeling bad sides.

Well his Bilirubin isn't super high and I think the sides could be from that.
I found this on Bilirubin
"Bilirubin is excreted in bile and urine, and elevated levels may indicate certain diseases. It is responsible for the yellow color of bruises and the yellow discoloration in jaundice. Its subsequent breakdown products, such as stercobilin, cause the brown color of feces. A different breakdown product, urobilin, is the main component of the straw-yellow color in urine."
If it hasn't gone down in a few weeks I would go see a doctor.
High Alkaline could mean several things.
"Liver and gall bladder
Checking ALP levels in the blood is a routine part of a liver function and gall bladder tests. Symptoms such as jaundice (yellowing of the skin and eyes), abdominal pain, vomiting, and nausea may lead your doctor to suspect there is something wrong with your liver or gallbladder.
The ALP test can be helpful in identifying conditions such as:
hepatitis (inflammation or infection of the liver)
cirrhosis (scarring of the liver)
cholescystitis (inflammation of the gallbladder)
blockage of bile ducts (from gallstone, inflammation, or cancer)"
Seems like those are the only 2 things he has that maybe giving him sides. Everything else on the blood work looks normal.
Again none of the alkaline or bilirubin is extremely high. It's just over by a little. I would just wait a few weeks and let the body heal naturally. Maybe stay off the high protein diet.
