35yr male
205lbs 12%bf
Test 400mg
Eq 300mg
Primo 100mg
Trizeptide 3mg
Metformin 500mg just on high carb day
Dihydroberberine 200mg every morning
Hgh 4ius

I feel great, strength and weight progressing with little to no fat gain, but I was hoping for a little bit of a higher igf score.

Waiting for estradiol results to come back

What was you IGF before HGH?

metformin, dihydroberberine,trizeptide and or bunk wwb hgh could all be factors.
Unfortunately I don’t have igf levels before hgh. It’s quite the trip as I’m in Canada and it’s not easy to get certain bloods. I have to book through md private labs and cross the border.

The over 500 score was 4iu nightly.

I should get my updated igf1 this week. I'm on 2 iu daily. Hoping for a z-score to increase my dose to 4

Nice man. I think I may be a hyper responder some to GH but I would expect 2iu to put you at top of the reference range in the 300s

My natty gh z-score was -0.5. Don't remember what the igf value was atm but below average for my age. I'll post my new numbers in this thread when I get them.

That Z score is pretty high (acromegaly territory) but nice results on 4iu.

Yeah I’m gonna ramp it down to 3iu EOD most likely just waiting for most recent blood work to see how it looks off 5iu EOD + TRT.

28M. Mistakenly ordered the lab without Z-score, anyways 243 IGF-1. Just started 2IU nightly so will re-test in 4 weeks and reassess. Maybe placebo but the first night I pinned I got great sleep lol.

Are you off trt to get back to baseline test levels? Did you introduce hgh with hcg to retain gains from getting off cycle? Why hop off then go back on trt?

IGF 111, z score -0.5
Started GH 1 IU/d 2 days ago

Update:
Test 150mg/w, Reta 2 mg/w, GH 2 iu/d
IGF 234, z-score 1.1
Based on this I increased my dose to 3iu/d with plans to start 4iu/d in a couple of weeks pending sides
