Youre joking, right? Please tell me youre joking. Not one book (or magazine) that Weider has ever published has had any actual (and factual) information in it. His empire has done more to ruin the results of newbies than anything else in bodybuilding.

i olny work my biceps at 11, and i usually go to bed at 1 or so, and i sleep into about 12 or 1 the next day. its called being a teenager.
 
shit, i think its great that this kids on here at 16, not asking "should i run 1 or 2 grams of test for my first cycle?".... shit hes said hes not looking to use gear at all. the kids just trying to do his shit right, and learn how to perfect his diet/training. i think some of you are being fucking dicks to the guy for no apparant reason. how many of us knew shit about shit at the age of 16 when it came to correct dieting and training??? how bout instead of ranking of the kid you try to be constructive about his diet and training habits??? just a thought, but thats what i thought this board was for.... to help everyone better their selves and work to achieve their goals?

The advice was there. You turned it down. Try re-reading Bob Smith's and BigKB's posts again. Then, try and practice it.

1) Never read anything that Weider has ever published
2) Never buy or read muscle magazines, unless you just want the pictures. The information is garbage. You will find real-world information in the two forums I have mentioned. Some of that info is from a top nutrition researcher, a pro and Olympic level strength coach, as well as top notch powerlifters and some excellent competitive bodybuilders among others that are just plain smart and experienced.

You will find 2-3 basic workout plans that will suit your goals and provide the stimulus for you to grow like a weed on Miracle Grow. One is called HST, another is the 5x5 method, and the third is Dual-Factor Hypertrophy Training (DFHT). All three are incredible programs for getting people to grow in record time, drug-free.

Also, at your age, the only supplement you need, besides a decent multivitamin, is protein.

dude, go to the www.bodybuilding.com forums....there is a "TEENAGER" section there. i'm sure there is already A LOT of information you can use there. i really don't know why the FUCK you would come to a STEROID FORUM to only ask about training. i'm pretty sure you had other intentions....

anyways, back on topic, just train hard and eat right and you'll be on your way to a better body. and like i said, check out the bodybuilding.com website. if you look around, there is good info in both the website itself and in the forums.

Hey Bo, hows things out your way? Still tappin those two hotties? ;) As far as blocking him from the pharma and classifieds, I had thought of that a day or two ago. I havent looked into it at all, but I dont recall ever seeing anything that would allow the Mods to be able to do that.

je, for your own benefit, drop the attitude and listen to the guys here. As Ive stated twice before, you really should only spend your time in the training and nutrition forums. Ive only seen one thread in those forums started by you, and that was only because I moved it from the Anabolic section.
