Current Stats:
5'8''
195lbs
10-11% bodyfat I think

Squat 335lbs 5x5
Deads 375 5x5
Standing Over heads 155lbs 5x5

Bit of background. I have never competed, used to juice a lot though. Probably done around 20+ cycles using various compounds. I got up to 218lbs at my biggest with around 10% body fat. It has now been around 2 years or more since doing a serious cycle. My awesome doctor has me on a really good TRT @200mg cyp per week with adex and thyroid hormone. I also just started doing bodybuilding style training again in January, prior to this I was simply working out for health and wellness.

I have decided to do a competition in July. As stated I have never competed. You can wait all the way up to the day of the show to register, so if Im not happy with my physique I may not do it. I do not care to win, or to place. Im doing this as motivation to get into the best condition of my life.

I follow an IIFYM style diet, currently eating around 2250 calories a day and don't think this will be lowered at all until maybe 4 weeks out after re-evaluation.

Muscle Supplements:
Creatine/Beta Alanine/Glutamine Blend
BCAA's
Protein Powders

Fatloss Supplements:
Green Tea Extract
Garcinia Cambogia (for appetite control)

Overall Health:
Multi
Fish Oil
Liver Support

Weight lifting will be roughly 18 sets per muscle group:
Mon Shoulders
Tue Back
Wed Chest
Thur Legs
Fri Arms
Sat Abs

Cardio 7 days a week

The Cycle:
1-8 Pharmamix 2 (test tren mast) 1cc ED
3-8 Oxandrolone 100mg ED
9-11 Winstrol 100mg ED (this is the 20days leading up to show)
9-11 Halo 50mg ED (this is the 20days leading up to show)
1-11 adex 1mg M/W/F
8-11 Nolva 40mg ED (this is to reduce my gyno during the final weeks before the contest because I have some)

(Still waiting on the Halo and Winstrol)

Fatloss aids:
other than the mentioned supplements Im going to ask my doctor to up my thyroid hormone. Additionally in the last 4-6weeks I may throw in some over the counter fat burner but Im going to rely on diet for fatloss.

Everything will really take off on the 23 of this month. I have already been cutting for about 4 weeks and am going to include photos my my conditioning regulary (first set in next post).

I will also attach some gear porn for yall in this post.

IM OPEN TO CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISIM AS THIS IS MY FIRST SHOW AND WILL HAVE A LOT OF QUESTIONS IN THE LAST 3-4 WEEKS IM SURE.

Im sure there are some things I failed to mention but if anyone has any questions feel free to ask.

Decent foundation. Probably closer to 15~ percent bodyfat. You'd be surprised how lean 10% looks. I do find it hard to believe you've ran 20 cycles. I lifted those numbers naturally and wasn't much bigger than you are now. Good luck on your run tho. Haven't seen many logs with the mixes here. Keep updating.

Thanks bro. And yea definitely doesn't look liked I've cycled much now I agree. 2 years of only resistance training 3 times a week and not taking in enough calories will do that tho.

I estimated 20 cycles. Used for 8 years blasting and cruising. Don't know how many I did during that time. Then been off for last two only using trt

Don't appreciate your feed back very much. But it's expected. And I don't mind you being blunt so thanks for the heads up but I'm still going to give it a go.

And y'all are probably right about the body fat. Maybe I need to get some calipers.

I don't think calipers are too accurate...my gym does a 9 point pinch test that put me at 9%..... as much as I would like to.believe that, I'm probably closer to 12% :(

July.... gives you 2 months.... you can do it, but you won't have time to fuck around on your diet. IIFYM is ok if you're responsible.... but 2,250 calories of that versus 2,250 calories of high protein/fat and low carbs will result in 2 totally different physiques.

Currently 13 weeks out. Cycle will start at 11 weeks out on the 23 of this month.
The way I utilize IIFYM is I currently take in 220 grams of protein per day, the rest of the calories are a mix of carbs / fats. Carbs are usually around 250-300ish.

Once I begin the cycle I'm going to up the protein to a minimum of 250 per day while leaving calories the same.

I need to ask my gym if they do anything like that.

Thanks for your input bro.

And FYI GUYS on the pics I did not 'pump up' and select my 'best photos' like most guys do. I just took em. Most guys pics are on cycle too, mine arnt. I'm Looking very depleted and flat compared to usual in my opinion but all part of process. Most guys don't even post pics cuz they prolly look worse than me. And I know I don't look great but I'm hoping to look a lot better in 13 weeks.

In my opinion he needs more mass before doing a serious cut. Maybe move the contest out further and do a slow/lean as possible bulk then consider a comp. Ultimately up to the OP though

In to watch you change, I think it's a good base to start with.

I do agree with TEK though, not to be a dick, but maybe it's time to reevaluate your training and diet and change it up a bit. 20 cycles under your belt and you might know a bit about AAS, but maybe you're letting that give you a bit of a crutch in the diet and training areas. I know a lot of guys who run a lot of gear and use that as a reason in their mind to not focus on the kitchen and the gym. You'd be shocked what a few months of SMART training and dieting can do with some wise AAS usage. You can get away with a lot less gear that way, too.

Good luck, i'll try and pop in periodically to see how you're doing.

Not with a show in July IMO. I didn't catch which class he was competing in, but if he retains the muscle he has and dries up real nice, he could look a lot bigger.

Thanks bro but if I drop to 178lbs I'll be in a lower weight class. Idk if I have that much to lose tho. Currently the weight class I'm in goes up to 198. I don't think I'm going to lose much weight tho. Because:

Not that I'm relying on it but muscle memory and anabolics after not using in so long will probably do a lot for me in the time frame. I'm very dedicated to my training and diet and I'm not going to go on stage if I don't look the part.

Again I can't stress enough, not looking to win or place. This is for the experience. If I like it I'm going to come back next year hopefully much bigger.

Im not trashing your physique, I think you look good man, healthy. I dont think you look like someone that has run a boat load of drugs however. That being said I'm slightly concerned for you planning on running some of the harshest compounds out there for 12 weeks straight. Tren to var to winny to halo....just seems like a high amount of risk. It's your dreams brother i will try to do a better job of being constructive. If you think that level of risk gives you a legit shot of achieving your dreams then go for it...but I'd also look into other areas like your diet and training and see if you can improve those areas as well. good luck

Really appreciate both of your replies bro! Thanks.

Diet and training are my number one. Compounds are like supplements 'simply to supplement the program'.

Your
I think this would have started much differently if he left out the 20 cycle detail. When u come in claiming a high level experice or being some sort of vet you're gona be put under a lot more scrutiny

Your probably right but I'm just being truthful guys

Hey thanks for that man!

I will be doing bloods regularly as usual but going to throw in a couple extra labs to make sure things are ok. Doc will be aware of what I'm doing.

I'll try to post a detailed post about my diet and training plan so y'all can help evaluate.

I'm not planning to add mass, maybe a bit of size on the arms if I can. But I definitely am going to make sure I don't lose any. At the same time coming into the competition as dry and ripped as possible.

Money spent on a coach (a good one) will go a lot further in terms of a physique than drugs will, IMO. The knowledge you will gain from him/her after just 4 or 5 months will last you a lifetime.

If I enjoy this prep and in doing the show next year will be completely different. And hiring a coach will absolutely be part of my next prep. Prob not during off season but certainly during pre contest. Thanks for suggestion, I just want to put my knowledge, body, and will power to the test this time around.
