image.jpeg image.jpeg image.jpeg plan on running my first cycle of Test E 500mg a week for 12 weeks. Just got my pre cycle bloods done. Anybody see anything i should be worried about or any advice going forward?

take everything I say with a grain of salt.

Your bloods look OKAY to me. You have some elevated levels, but nothing to concerning to me.

I assume you plan on taking some sort of over all health?
I've been taking cycle assist 4 pills off, and 8 pills on. I've been running test and tren for way to long and all is well.

It's ultimately up to you, but why play games with your only body you know?

Not sure why my BUN or LDL cholesterol are elevated. I exercise daily and eat a well balanced diet and plenty of water
what does balanced mean?
Animal cholesterol raises good and lower the bad..at least in my case.

Also, starting working your way up to 3g of instant release niacine. Proven to lower the ldl and raise hdl

I have a follow up appt next week. He recommends i go on a TRT dose of test cyp, hcg, vit d3 and clomid for 5-6 months. Not sure if hes just trying to make some cash off me or if i legit need trt?? Any help??

I wouldn't go on TRT with those numbers unless there were specific issues like low libido or rapid fat gain, etc. I had both, but my TT was below 200. If you go on TRT for 6 months, odds are you will be on for life. So yea, I think the doc just wants to make money off you.

I do have low libido and other issues which lead me to this guy to begin with. I assumed by going on trt at all it would turn into a permanent thing rather than a temp treatment. What would u guys recommend based on my bloodwork?

You probably should post this in the men's health forum. There are much smarter people than me over there.

Based solely on blood work, I don't think TRT is a good idea. But when you add in low libido, assuming you're not a porn addict, it might be worth a try - for 3 months. If things don't improve after 3 months, you can stop TRT and run PCT to get your natural test levels back. If you run it for 6 months, it will be much harder to recover IMO.

No doctor is gonna prescribe trt for a total test level of 423

I beg to differ. Mind prescribed TRT at 500.

Different docs have different ideas where males at various ages *should* be for optimum health.

Initially i went to this doc because i was experiencing all the typical symptoms. No libido, loss of strength, inability to put on any mass or lose fat, fatigue. Etc

What's the clomid regimen for?

Be wary of that. There are much better options for any use of clomid, barring pct.
