I started self-prescribed TRT a year ago next month. I probably stayed at TRT dose (150mg/week) for only 3 weeks before I started a full cycle of Test-E at 500mg/week.
I did the test cycle for 10 weeks, then dropped back to 150mg/week for 8 weeks.
After the 8 week cruise, I started another cycle of Test-P 210mg/week, Tren-A 420mg/week, Mast-P 560mg/week, Anavar 40mg/day, and Proviron 25mg/day. (Tren was used on a 2week on-2week off series of "mini cycles" because my team was deployed shortly after I started). The cycle was 16 weeks total with Anavar only for the last 6. I did 4 of the tren "mini cycles". Thanks for the help @Roger rabbit !!
In fact, I continued the Test 210mg/week, Masteron at 350mg/week and Proviron at 25mg/day for 8 weeks longer.
I had been using hCG at 250iu EOD since the beginning; not for fertility, but in an attempt to prevent testicular atrophy.
I had incredible results and couldn't wait to blast again when my rest period was over.
Well, during my rest period, my wife and I decided we want to have a baby. Actually she said she wanted to; and I agreed completely. I have 4 children from past relationships; and she is an amazing step-mother to them. But she has no biological children. I love kids and I love her; so I dove in with both feet.
Fast forward to now (4 months later): we are still trying. I was worried that I had made myself infertile from the juice; and I felt like the worst person in the world because I was going to disappoint her.
Well, thankfully, I do a lot of research on my health and the use of AAS pertaining to my health.
Four months ago, I increased my hCG to 500iu EOD, and I added Clomid 50mg EOD in 25 day cycles with a 5 day break between. Both are common drugs and doses for fertility treatments in men; so I decided back then to start doing what I could.
I never came off my TRT dose of 150mg/week.
I had my sperm count checked last week; and, to my surprise, it is perfectly normal with very few dysfunctional sperm. So what I did worked and after a year of B&C I am still fertile.
I just thought I would share this for anyone who may be considering children while on TRT/cycle. Not sure if my case is unique; but I put a lot of thought into it and I am pleased with the results.....so I'll take the credit for it lol.
