Preserved Fertility

I started self-prescribed TRT a year ago next month. I probably stayed at TRT dose (150mg/week) for only 3 weeks before I started a full cycle of Test-E at 500mg/week.
I did the test cycle for 10 weeks, then dropped back to 150mg/week for 8 weeks.

After the 8 week cruise, I started another cycle of Test-P 210mg/week, Tren-A 420mg/week, Mast-P 560mg/week, Anavar 40mg/day, and Proviron 25mg/day. (Tren was used on a 2week on-2week off series of "mini cycles" because my team was deployed shortly after I started). The cycle was 16 weeks total with Anavar only for the last 6. I did 4 of the tren "mini cycles". Thanks for the help @Roger rabbit !!

In fact, I continued the Test 210mg/week, Masteron at 350mg/week and Proviron at 25mg/day for 8 weeks longer.

I had been using hCG at 250iu EOD since the beginning; not for fertility, but in an attempt to prevent testicular atrophy.

I had incredible results and couldn't wait to blast again when my rest period was over.
Well, during my rest period, my wife and I decided we want to have a baby. Actually she said she wanted to; and I agreed completely. I have 4 children from past relationships; and she is an amazing step-mother to them. But she has no biological children. I love kids and I love her; so I dove in with both feet.

Fast forward to now (4 months later): we are still trying. I was worried that I had made myself infertile from the juice; and I felt like the worst person in the world because I was going to disappoint her.

Well, thankfully, I do a lot of research on my health and the use of AAS pertaining to my health.

Four months ago, I increased my hCG to 500iu EOD, and I added Clomid 50mg EOD in 25 day cycles with a 5 day break between. Both are common drugs and doses for fertility treatments in men; so I decided back then to start doing what I could.

I never came off my TRT dose of 150mg/week.

I had my sperm count checked last week; and, to my surprise, it is perfectly normal with very few dysfunctional sperm. So what I did worked and after a year of B&C I am still fertile.

I just thought I would share this for anyone who may be considering children while on TRT/cycle. Not sure if my case is unique; but I put a lot of thought into it and I am pleased with the results.....so I'll take the credit for it lol.

Thanks for sharing your positive experience!

Are you continuing your hcg+clomid protocol that you describe above, until pregnancy? And were you on anything else other than 150mg/week of TRT test while taking clomid+hcg?

Good luck in your quest to have another kiddo man! As you know they are a blast!

Yes, I am continuing the exact same thing until we get a positive test.
I'm not sure if it makes any difference at all; but I take the hCG and Clomid on alternate days. My thinking was that I may get an estrogen spike from the hCG 16-24 hrs after the injection. Since Clomid has a relatively quick onset and short half-life; I figured that it could possibly help as an estrogen receptor mod on the day when spike is potentially the highest.
I do know that I have not taken an aromatase inhibitor since the 2nd month of my TRT. I killed my E2 once with AI and that sucked.

I have a dozen testosterone and E2 lab results from the last year; but I have no idea how the hCG has affected them.
I will have to experiment more after we get pregnant; but I am getting the notion that the hCG/Clomid will stimulate LH even in big cycle. I am looking forward to finding out for sure.

I do still use Masteron at 250mg/week; and I have been using it again for about 2 months.
I have been doing some research on adding it to TRT for long term. There is nothing on PubMed or anything because we aren't even supposed to have it; but there is some pretty good information out there that you just have to synthesize and organize.

So far, I have had absolutely zero sides from it. I have perfect blood work, even my PSA. I had an echo done a couple months ago and my heart is good.

I feel so much better with the TRT than I did before; and I feel twice as good with the masteron. So I don't plan to stop using it unless something changes in my blood work or physical assessment.
I also take a truckload of supplements and do tons of cardio; so maybe that is helping, IDK.

One thing of note is that I was bald before I started TRT; so I am unsure if masteron for so long would have affected my hair.

I cruised and blasted for about 5 years and I am completely sterile.... my sperm count was in the 40 million range back in the day, it is now zero. I am trying to wake up the boys with hmg, hcg, hgh, and serms if it can resuscitate hpta, but so far no luck.

If you have been on HCG (1000 IU EOD), HMG (75IU EOD) for 90+days, you should see improvements in sperm tests with the condition that your testes are still functional. if your testes are still functioning, 1000IU of HCG EOD will likely put your test levels in higher than middle of the range; was the case for me. Therefore, you dont even need to take any exogneous test that should be stopped to help with restoring HPTA. But you have to carefully control estrogen on relatively higher doses of HCG as it will shoot your estrogen sky high.
DHEA, CoQ10, Zinc, Speman (by the same company that makes Liv52) are all known to help with sperm health
