Are you sure those oils didn't have EO in them? I've heard of chinese oils even like test cyp/e 200/250 being made with a lot of EO. From my understanding, hsCRP jumps up from anything inflammatory, so literally doing anything like having a cold or fucking up an injection and having some oil leak subq could spike it. Or just consistently pinning high-conc gear in general. So i think using hsCRP can be a good way to judge how you react to certain sources/oils over time, but isn't a good way to tell if something has EO in it or not. I think the only way you can do that is by getting a GCMS test.

Just to clarify:

Pain from BB, BA, EO* or other solvents is chemical irritation, and doesn’t induce systemic inflammation. Just local “tissue injury response” inflammation which won’t raise CRP.

Pain from high concentration, aka crystalline “fallout” is mechanical irritation, which also doesn’t raise systemic inflammation.

True systemic inflammation requires an immune response, from an allergic reaction, bacteria or endotoxin, or the byproducts of oxidation, like peroxides in oxidized (rancid) carrier oils.

*Some people ARE allergic to EO (much more rarely BA, or BB too), which will cause systemic inflammation, and why EO fell out of favor by pharma companies and has not been introduced in new injectable formulas for decades. Though, if you’re not allergic, and not an infant, EO appears relatively safe, no worse than having a drink of alcohol, and remains FDA approved but as I said, it’s effectively “banned” because Miglyol 812 is considered a far safer alternative. Estimated EO allergy rate is 1-5%. For Miglyol 812 it’s closer to 1 in 100,000.

The answer is "it depends".

If you inject 100% benzoyl alcohol, you'd get necrosis and instant pain.
If you're gear crashes immediately when injected, then you'd get pain from crystal fallout immediately.

What did you expect? If you are using UGL's for TRT only then that's on you. If there is an option to buy a pharmaceutical manufactured by the FDA's guidelines why would you not do it? Saving under $1000/year on Test shouldn't be worth your health, bud.
