There’s this long running gym myth that Primo “kills e2.” Sounds cool, but reality is less Hollywood. Primo isn’t an AI, and there’s no solid evidence it directly lowers estrogen. Estrogen doesn’t read forum posts.
Same thing with Masteron. Half the gym swears Mast annihilates e2. In practice, it mostly annihilates your wallet and gives you that dry look. No solid evidence it works like an AI either.
What usually happens is way less magical. Guys drop their test and crank up Primo. Less test means less aromatization. Boom, e2 drops. Primo gets the credit like it just won Mr Olympia.
Another possibility people bring up is vials not being what the label says, or being cut with something else. If something like EQ is involved, that can absolutely change how e2 behaves for some guys. Not saying that’s the case, just saying it’s one reason bloodwork stories get messy.
Then there’s body fat. Lose fat, aromatase tends to drop, e2 can drop. Again, not Primo sorcery, just biology doing biology things while we argue online.
To be fair, plenty of guys do see lower e2 on bloods while running Primo. Others see nothing move. Both can be true. Different bodies, different test doses, different fat levels, different labs, different vials.
So if Primo tanks your e2, congrats, you’re special. If it doesn’t, also normal. Hormones don’t care about vibes, gym lore, or what your favorite influencer said.
