Can guys with primary hypogonadism take hcg and restore fertility and ball size? Taking extra T will suppress LH levels and if they take too much T LH will drop to zero. Would taking hcg fix this and restore LH to a normal level? Or is it only used in men with secondary hypo?

By definition, in primary hypogonadism the testes do not respond to the gonadotropins. Does this necessarily mean it will not occur in the individual? To this, i would answer no. I have had a number of individuals with primary hypogonadism secondary to mumps that "partially" responded to hCG with higher T, but did not change their infertility. I am confused by your apparent focus on LH.

I am confused by your apparent focus on LH.

I'm focused on LH because the doc is giving me Nebdio injections and I'm worried that it may supress my LH far too much and it'll drop to 0 shutting down my HPTA and shrinking my nuts and I wouldn't be producing other hormones anymore such as pregnenolone. If my LH drops down to a normal level then everythings cool but if it goes to zero then my nuts will shrink and HPTA will be shut down.
