Primo Cruise on TRT

A close friend who's 49 and on TRT mentioned that he plans to ad Primo at 400mg a week and cruise for few months. Im somewhat new to AS and never heard of anyone cruising on anything beside Test. Is that a thing? I searched forum, but didn't see any definitive answer. Mostly I'm bit concerned if that might affect his health. Would appreciate quick input from someone more experienced.

Yeah some guys will use primo during a cruise with test. like 100mg test and 100mg primo or something like that. if hes adding 400mg of primo to his cruise that would be more like a small cycle in my opinion. depends on the dudes goals.

Have definitely heard of people running 1:1 or 2:1 test: primo on a cruise

That’s more of a small/medium blast dose. Plenty of guys run “TRT+” which is typically test + primo or test + mast. Only bloodwork will show if it’s impacting his health negatively but I’d say that 400mg is a bit much for a cruise. Maybe 100-200mg tops + a similar amount of test which would still be a fair bit above just TRT

At 400mg primo with TRT levels of test, I think he's setting himself up for some low estrogen sides. Personally I have to run test at least twice as high as primo to avoid it, but I'm pretty susceptible to it and feel better with higher estrogen.

He didnt ask me for advise, but imma pass it on what I gathered so far, which is no higher than 200mg a week, preferably 100 :100 Test : Primo. I had to look up what low estrogen can cause, and that doesn't look fun at all.

400 is pretty high for a cruise for someone who I’m assuming isn’t monster open olympian sized. I’m cruising on 210 test and 70 primo right now, I wouldn’t want total dosage to go much over 300 or 350 as the goal is to bring down aas total enough to recover some health and maintain size

If he wants to run test and primo best bet would be to start around a 2:1 test to primo ratio not to crush estrogen

I don’t really do cycles. Just cruise. I did some oral cycles with it but probably wouldn’t again.

He's on 125 x week . Im shaking my head while typing this because he doesn't even do blood test. Basically I started TRT couple years back, self administered and monitored. with regular blood tests I keep in high 800's with 125 a week. He just decided to do the same because " we are about same age". Sometimes i just can;t get through this guy.

Some people only learn stuff the hard way. Most you can really do is just send him a link to blood tests you'd recommend and the r/steroids wiki and call it a day, the rest is up to him

I am weird, no surprise there! If my numbers are in the normal range the vast majority of the week i call it TRT. If they are over the range most or all days of the week i call it a cycle. Keeps things simple for my pea brain. 25 years ago people didn't need to have cute terms to feel good about staying on a cycle forever they called what it was. At least that is my experience.
