Thank you! Always had lots of junk in the trunk, but once I lost all (plus some!) of my pregnancy weight da booty was practically nonexistent Building it up was my main goal for a while.Wow great butt. My wife fell over when she saw what can be done in your transformation. She has under muscle plants also. Always funny to watch them jump to outside when benching. Deff helps to look back at where u came from. Easy to get caught up in perfection. Awesome work put in. How many days week and hrs where u training and cardio to achieve that
Thanks again! That is impressive! Good job!
Looking very good. Can't wait to see the end result, b/c you look incredible in this pic!Week 4 of Primo begins!
Little update-
After reading & talking to @Crystal234 , I've decided to start pinning every 3 days. I was taking the easy/lazy route with twice weekly M & Th, but my levels aren't going to be as stable. Today makes 3 days, so I'll get stuck this evening (yes!)
The last two days I've woken up with a new, small pimple on my chin (gross, I know).. so 2 total! During my Anavar cycles, I was more oily, but never had big break outs. I've had mostly clear skin my whole life. I've also felt more sensitive down below for about 3 days now. My period just ended, so not sure if all of this is contributed to that. Also, my last two monthly cycles have lasted a little longer than normal (about 7 days), but were lighter.
Last but not least, I felt more powerful during my workout on Friday. Mental maybe, but me like
Took this afterwards. Was feeling kinda bloated from ole Aunt Dot.. meh. Nonetheless, things are going well!

To shed all of that fat I did cardio and light weights from Jan-June. I averaged about 4 days/week, 45 min sessions with the treadmill & 5lb DBs (ha!). I'd set the treadmill to the highest incline at a moderate pace & do 5 min intervals carrying the weights.. I also started throwing in some lunges & bicep curls as I went. This did wonders for fat loss!! Come June we got a home gym & I started working out with my husband in our garage. I was doing 4 days/week and spending an hour and a half on average using an upper/lower split. I threw in cardio when I could, but it wasn't often. In October I joined a gym to have access to more equipment.
If your wife has a goal in mind, that alone should get her motivated! When the gym/working out feels like a chore & you dread doing it, you most likely aren't going to give 100% into your sessions. Not sure where she is at in her journey, but you should encourage her to join Meso if she's truly interested in learning. Being here has helped me immensely!
Wonderful look into how steady progress, really shines through. not a quick fixx but a couple years of training. Congtrats

Amazing progress
Sounds like you put some good cardio time in to get there. Burning baby weight isn't easy. She is motivated and really enjoys out workouts. It's her only hobby and is definitely lifestyle thing. She's 6 months into the goal now. Keto had helped a lot. The var cycle is 3 weeks in and has put some size on her. She was previously very thin upper body back and arms. She has almost doubled in size there in 6 months. 5 day week 1 to 1.5 hour home gym and gym mem. Very little cardio. That's where she lacks. Starting t25 again this week and using our treadmill twice a week Last year that took most all the fat off her before summer but no workouts left her frail looking imho. This year doing both should make for a much more athletic look. Being around 40 doesn't make it very easy. Her Work is crazy. Making time is tough some days

Remember I mentioned adding hip thrusts back in last week? Well tonight I hit a PR [emoji2] I got 250 x 6 with a 10 sec hold my last rep [emoji1316] Before tonight, 225 was as high as I had gone. Honestly, I feel like I could've gone even heavier [emoji1320] I've never tried to max out with it, & anticipating big numbers when I finally do [emoji41][emoji1320]
Now I just need all of my other lifts to catch up [emoji38]
