Never used Sdrol but have been reading up on it. Several people say to keep your good carbs up and that’ll get around the hypoglycemia and lethargy. Anyone tried this or noticed this to be true?
Here is my schedule with it:
Wake up... 10mg sdrol
Pre workout 2 cups Lucky charms and protein shake
Intra BCAA and Glycotrix
Post workout raisin Bran Muffin and MRE
2.5 hrs later fish and 150g white rice
Carbs all around dosing and didn't help at all
