Same here. Pinning quads would leave me hurting for days every time. Haven't done it in probably over two years now because of that. I can pin 3cc in delts and rarely have any PIP though.

See, I'm the opposite. I can pin my quads all day and it never hurts. I push over 2cc's in my delts and that shit is sore as fuck.
