Guys , do you use any probiotic supplement?
Which one do you use?

Sometimes its hard for the digestion , when you consuming a lot of calories.

Any recommendations?
Whats your thoughts on this topic?

I used to use them for a few years but quit some time back. The body will make it's own probiotics if the prebiotics it needs from healthy foods, soluble and insoluble fibers are taken in. The ratio and types of probiotics in each persons intestines is not the same. Plus most of the prebiotics ingested are killed off in the stomach as that is part of it's job to not let living things get through.

The animal Pak greens supplement has done wonders for me. You do need pre/pro; biotics. Gut health is so important and so many people neglect it.

I’ve been really in the weeds and getting the right probiotics. Well, getting the right microbiota I mean. Because as far as what I’ve been reading, it really seems like a lot of chronic illnesses comes from dysbiosis. What happens is that there are genetic and life factors, but also just the way that we live today in the stressful environment that we live makes us unable to really resist the damage it does to our digestive system. And given our digestive system runs on serotonin practically and needs an anaerobic environment. Whenever we get leaky gut or things like that it can cause a lot of problems and it really depends on the person what kind of problems it creates. So here’s what I’m doing.:

tributyrate- this is a post biotic. Basically it is what some of the anaerobic bacteria that we need produces. Because we cannot introduce an anaerobic bacteria without getting a fecal transplant so we need to create the environment so that they can regrow on their own peak. The idea is is that they’re still there they’re just really weakened. Bouet also has the ability to help seal off the junctions that get opened up and allow for nastiness to get into our bloodstream. And when things get into our bloodstream that creates auto immunity..

But that alone probably won’t do it. A post biotic that is well tolerated no matter who you are pretty much is something called PHGG. Depending on what country you’re in, you should be able to find it.

A probiotic that I started just yesterday, but I immediately felt emotional and physical results — tension, clearing and feeling calmer — is one that helps to create the environment that in anaerobic bacteria needs to live. And it creates butyrate as well. It’s bifidobacterium longum BB536.

Another one I want, but I can’t get in the country that I’m in right now seems without paying a lot is the following: Clostridium butyricum MIYAIRI 588, a specific strain of spore-forming probiotic bacteria used to improve gut health, treat diarrhea, and enhance the immune response, by modulating the gut microbiome, producing beneficial compounds like butyric acid, and increasing resistance to stressors. It's known for correcting antibiotic-induced gut dysbiosis and is studied for its potential to improve treatment outcomes in cancer patients

The problem is that it seems to only be easily available in Japan, Italy and likely the US too but haven’t checked. The Italian shipping outside their country to another EU country is outrageous.

Anyway the issue is that with these gut issues, often responsible (in my opinion, based on real forward-thinking medical doctors’ opinions) for autoimmunity that doesn’t show up as the kinds of autoimmunity that is tested for. There are likely hundreds of kinds of autoimmune conditions people suffer with everyday that go unrecognized by the broader medical community — just as microbes weren’t broadly accepted as the source of many diseases until much later after their initial discovery.

One last thing I’m doing is not a *biotic but it’s an immune helper. These broad range of conditions have a commonality in the above and in mast cell issues. These immune cells are responsible for releasing cytokines and histamines. In dysbiosis-caused diseases, they “degranulate,” and cause the cytokines and histamines to surge and create further damage which further causes the disease to worsen. Stress can literally make you go further into the pit of hell and it doesn’t stop without help.

Two supplements that work to regulate this are: quercetin and leuteolin. I haven’t taken quercetin supplements but i did recent start taking leutolin. Again, immediately I felt an effect.

One thing I haven’t gotten yet but which is actually in the process of being approved as a pharmaceutical but which is just a mix of amino acids that are available OTC often together:
includes:
  • L-Glutamine – gut lining repair, tight junctions
  • L-Leucine
  • L-Isoleucine
  • L-Valine (these three are “the BCAAs”, which support tissue regeneration and reduce muscle wasting but also have immune effects
  • L-Arginine – improves nitric oxide production and microcirculation, which can aid healing
  • NAC - liver function, detoxification (be careful here - if you take a stimulant it will probably flatten the effects)
In my area a brand with all these except NAC is called 226ERS

Overall, widespread dysbiosis seems to be pervasive, underdisgnosed, and extremely common condition with a plethora of unusual symptoms. Many people live with extremely severe condition that the medical community has yet to really address in any serious way. Though it does sound like they’re beginning to move in that direction. Conditions like MT/CFS, long COVID, PSSD, major depressive disorder and even bipolar II (often thought as a product of irreversible organic damage) may all be curable through the treatment of hidden autoimmune conditions which are sparked by the diminishment of the anaerobic environment within our guts, and the cascade of damage this creates.

Thanks for coming to my ted talk lol.
