I began training DC style 1 month ago. I am experienced with weight training but have never used DC training. I have an intense experienced training partner and we are serious about this program and we are doing it correctly. Also, I am eating like a pig. Constantly. Tons of protein. I have a question about how this is affecting my body. I never get ANY pumps training this way. I guess you are not supposed to. There is just not enough volume. My problem is that, while I am getting stronger and several lifts have got up in weight over the last month, I am loosing size. The scale reads the same or perhaps even a pound or two more than when I started. But my muscles are deffinately softer and not near as full as before. I look flat and my upper body doesnt not fill my shirts out like it used to. This is not in my mind. But, like I said, I am stronger and have not lost weight. What is going on? How can I be stronger and weigh the same but have smaller muscles? I am supposed to be bulking here. And this is supposed to be one of the greatest bulking programs there is. But seems like I am moving in the wrong direction. Is this a glycogen thing or has my old "regular" way of training just kept my muslces pumped and fuller just walking around everyday? Whats up? Figured there were some DC pros on here.
