Protein Powder

@Seven Dog I usually buy my supplements online due to limited stored around my area. The best is either NutriShop or GNC or 1UP Nutrition. But all those stores are so damn pricey so I like sticking to online resources.

Definitely better deals online. Amazon is a good online option...always free shipping. 1UP Nutrition never heard of 'em...I'll Google 'em. Lol

Im on the Mocha Capuccino right now. My favorite so far. I dont do strawberry or vanilla but accidently got the roasted peanut butter once and that tasted like burnt ass. My usual is the malt chocolate.
Damn that malt choc sounds great. Ya I wont be goin an gettin any roasted peanut thats for sure. Thanks for the heads up lol. Im not much on the taste of cappuccino but I would love to give the malt choc a try. Shit be like Campbell's fat ass Soups....Mmm Mmm Good bahahah;):D:p:)

Really? You're not the first person to tell me that, for some reason it doesn't upset my stomach at all. I don't use it that often though, scoop and a half mixed in with 2 cups of frozen fruit, 2 cups water a tbsp peanut butter and a quarter cup of oats so maybe having all that other stuff around it keeps me safe from stomach pains and mudslides in my pants lol
That protein is dogshit. The scam with proteins is that they can have fragments - basically useless and count them of grams of protein in the nutrition facts when they are not useable protein. 25 grams of that shit might be around 10 grams of actual protein. TONS of manufacturers exploit that loophole- "added aminos" means worthless, non muscle building dust they count as protein per serving.

Optimum nutrition has the best % or REAL protein per stated gram amount of a store bought protein. 77 servings per 5 pounds makes it pretty fucking cheap at $60.

True nutrition is 100% of the stated amount. Best stuff out but takes a while to get there when you forget and run low.

I also buy liquid egg whites (egg beaters) and drink a quart or two a day with some chocolate syrup. They are pasteurized and thin- basically taste like yoohoo and you know exactly what you are getting. 100 grams of protein in a quart for $5.50. Decent buy.

Yeah I was reading that article that ebk linked for me, bunch of amino but skimping on complete proteins. Well shit, I'm not so hard headed that I won't take good advice where it's given. I'll look into the brand you suggested, 77 servings would last me quite some time as I only use 1-1.5 servings post workout because it takes me near an hour to get home from the gym on the bus, of course I try and get as much protein as I can from actual food. Thanks for lookin out, you and @ebkallday

I tried their protein and for me, it wasn't a good match. It mixed horribly and the powder just seemed like clumps when I added it in.
Seriously? Did you go for impact whey. I not long started using them so they could of improved since you last tried them. Mine mix fine. They have loads of shit on their site, they even released protein cheese and protein chocolate brownies and stuff like that. I only stick with the basics though, powder lol.

Holy shit man I'm getting the 10lb vanilla for $80 at vitamin shoppe
Vitamin shoppe is the spot- and they will march their own Internet prices from off your phone- so just find it on sale and show em...
Well damn lol. Looks like imma have to go an check them out. Thanks for the info bro. Now is that in a discount or is that an everday price???

I've been using only dymatize for the past year and a half. Here's a pic from the little 2 gallon jugScreenshot_2016-02-25-06-43-44-1.png
The big advantage to dymatize is the taste I think. Feels more like a cheat than fucking powder.
The disadvantage is its exploded in price. Due to popularity I'm guessing. Went up $15 recently. So my usual 5 gal jug costs me just shy of $70 :( it used to be $55

I have heard more than one person say that they didn't go back once they found this brand.

I don't use much powder at all when I'm "off" maybe 300g/protein a day of whole foods.

When I'm "on" I usually drink 2 shakes a day. That's the cost of cycling. That and all the damn food

Nutrabio 5 lb cinnamon bun 70 $. Combined with chocolate fairfield protein milk. The best tasting shake in the game. 2 scoops of protein in 16 oz of milk. Is 75g protein. It also mixes chunk free with just a spoon. It has no other ingredients too. Just flavor and protein.
