Haha, that’ll be my new pre-workout.
For my afternoon dose of ECA, I drink a nice 16oz. cup of coffee (motor oil) with some heavy cream. Gets me nice and jittery and satisfies my fat intake.
The chicken broth is supposed to be some miracle for electrolyte defficiency. I guess if helps.
