Pulsing Pain in Head

Just one? Fuck, there's your problem... Bring that up to a solid carafe or two per day (supplement with organic, GMO-free, grass-fed whiskey) and those pains will drop right away:)

That shouldn't seem weird, but it does.

Haha, that’ll be my new pre-workout.

For my afternoon dose of ECA, I drink a nice 16oz. cup of coffee (motor oil) with some heavy cream. Gets me nice and jittery and satisfies my fat intake.

The chicken broth is supposed to be some miracle for electrolyte defficiency. I guess if helps.

It makes perfect sense... Just odd to see it referred to as a drink:)

I’ve had this pain happen 2 times so far, I can’t remember what is called but I found some information about on B.B. forum(if I remember right). The first time it happend during Squats I believe it was from not breathing, but I couldn’t lift heavy or do pull ups for a couple months because the pain would come back. I also notice preworkout drinks made it worst also. My advice would be lift light and cut out any preworkout drinks.

Ya sounds about right. It started on leg day for me too. I think you’re spot on with the breathing and I’m on a decent amount of stims at the moment so I’m sure it’s not helping. I’ve lifted lighter the past few days and it’s helped a lot. It’ll randomly come back even if I strain to get up from laying down and then it goes away after a few minutes.

I can recall 2 times in my lifting career (40 years now) that I pushed a set to where it felt like I was hit in the head with a hammer...both times I actually passed out for a few seconds and had a residual headache for a few days...I believe that I actually had a small blood vessel in my brain hemorrhage...take it easy for awhile!..........kvh

Definitely am! The cranium is a little more vital than some wrist pain lol
