Sorry everyone with not logging never have been to good at these.
I will be closing this. I will be still be doing same cycle. And food plan. Between the PI tech services. The new training and trainer I'm working with everyday full blown work scheduled. I need time to rest and just can not give this thread the time it deserves. I will still post measurements and some progress here and there. And updates getting closer to show time. I'm officially 5 months out with plenty of time to make the stage shake.

So I am back up to 200 solid. Holding about 5% water and got my bf to a mangable 5% or so. Having trouble sleeping since I'm a side sleeper and its pushing all this weight on my delts. I wake up and they hurt like hell. I'm trying to find different ways like sleeping on my back but then it takes forever to fall a sleep. Uggh

you try using some melatonin? how about ZMA too?
a good multivitamin has most of the ZMA ingredients usually. and pop 2 melatonin gummies before bed. they're tasty too! hope it works for you.

Yeah I am 2 melatonin and benadryl. The issue is not the sleep but all the weight and pressure that I am putting on my shoulders. I've started on my stomach. Seems to help. I just have to catch my self in the middle of the night as I want to go back in to side mode
 
On another note I am loving winstrol. Being able to all the muscle fiber striation are sweet as hell but I have heard once your off it go back to normal?/ also I'm ditching the peptides. And will be starting GH. Next week I'm going to start with 2 iu's before bed then go up to 5 and stay there. Also as far as test for lab work on GH when is the best time to get it done? And what score number should I be looking for?

after this my quads were so pumped you could see all the veins from my calves to my quads next time i will have to take a pic.
 
So alot of the sort ester are kicking in.
Man i forgot how good tren ace is I have that feeling were you want to fight then fuck. lol
hug a bear and stranel it at the same time. Only things is my metablism is off the charts i just want to eat everything but i cant :( o i have been eating celery to try to keep things at bay and stay on point,
 
What is your average rest time between sets??
It looks like you hit body parts more than once a week..
I like the fact it's hit more than once.. It's not a typical one body part a day workout ..
