+1 on quad shots man. You've got 4-6 easy shots between both vastus lateralus. If you go too low, it'll cramp you up, but not as bad as other missed shots. Just some soreness. Way less than a good leg day, so I pin it anyway.
They say you can hit the bottom of the teardrop painlessly too, but I'm still working up to that. Would be nice to never leave the quad though, so easy. . .

Lol I wish I was in a magazine. I've been luck enough to be asked to do a few shoots. I get the pics for free they get to do what ever with my photo. None have been used for mags as far as I know. The letter on the photo are companies water print name.
