No gym today had my carb

meal a stack of pancakes now off to go give blood
 
so i went up to the blood bank i usally go to and they said were closing early wtf 3 hrs early. I had a good breakfast missed the gym skip my shot for tofay as i was going to do it on friday instead. so i guess i will got sat i have to much to do friday. My question is I know my blood count must be up as my blood is really dark should i just skip a shot lower the dose. would that make any diffrence? if i give blood sat. and just wait for my mon shot.

I have to disagree with you on that one I know when my RBC is on the rise. Plus the risk of high blood pressure headaches these are all signs of your body warning. When your blood turns in to clumps of disgusting mush and they have to burn it. Because they can't use it. That's not good. Its better to catch it before it get to that you just have to listen to you body and the warning signs.

So i finally got some good sleep. my sleep has been off plus it does not help that my job is some what graveshift. the longer that im on this tren some of the sides are kicking in.
meltonin and bendryl combo seems to be some hwat working for me, but i still wake uo a couple times a night. my wife got me a body pillow which has help me not sleep on my side then my shoulders hurts. its hard being big and sleeping. so the guys in the 200 club any tricks of the trade sleep wise

Good deal!! Did they give ya anything?? I gave for the first time a couple months ago and got a $10 Speedway gift card. I felt like shit for a day and half after, but then felt really good...Does that happen to you??
