Hows the high reps/low eight (low weight for you, regular for me lol) working out?

Are you doing this during your cut?

I am a little late to this but read the last 5 pages. You just started this routine of low weight high reps correct. I am thinking about it when I cut too. I am doing a high protein, low carb, high fat cut for a couple weeks then into a calorie deficit.

Good log so far good detail.

Good deal!! Did they give ya anything?? I gave for the first time a couple months ago and got a $10 Speedway gift card. I felt like shit for a day and half after, but then felt really good...Does that happen to you??

The lighter weight with higher reps during cut. Is the best way to get cut as well as burn calories

This is my go to when i cant sleep, 5-7 big hits and im out, sometimes i wake up on the couch 3-4 hrs later cause it knocks me out so fast i dont make it to bed. Even tren couldn't keep me up.
 
So I have had few people contact me on what gear Im using and I guess I should share. Iso i do not have to do pms. I do not have any bloods and none of this has not been tested! This is my log do not come on here bashing me.

mod grf 1-29 and ipam seem to be doing well but who really know. But then i ask my self would it just be better to run gh. it so pricey though
