Where did I say I have "access to everyone's IP"? I've stated previously on this forum (feel free to search) that if I try to get someone's IP, I've had about a 90% success rate. It depends on what security measures the target has in place, if any. .PPL/MK only uses his VPN sporadically, which made it an easy capture.
