PurplePandaLabs And Monkey King Anabolics Are The Same Lab

Report: Unauthorized access to forum administration interface and/or server (i.e. cyber-attack)

(8) Threats of cyber-attack are prohibited.

@janoshik questioned whether @CensoredBoardsSuck has access to the forum administration data or may have used phishing links to obtain member IP addresses.

@AnTabolic73 questioned whether CBS is a moderator with access to IP addresses

@AlphaCapa questioned whether IP addresses are logged by MESO and whether CBS has access to the IP data of any member.

---
First and foremost, @CensoredBoardsSuck does not have access to server/forum IP logs or forum administration data. There is no evidnece to suggest that the forum was hack and subject to any form of cyber-attack.

Secondly, IP addresses are logged at the server level and forum level for a period not to exceed 30 days. This is done for server troubleshooting and forum rules enforcement.

No one outside of the web hosting company has access to the IP addresses other than me. As a matter of policy, I have not shared IP addresses with anyone under any circumstances. This policy has been applicable for the past 10+ years.

Based on what I know, I find it extremely unlikely that CBS obtained any IP addresses from MESO.

This reported rule violation is without merit.

Of course, I can confirm or deny CBS's allegations based on the IP information that I do have. But more on that later.
The Millard has spoken and it was good.

Report: Threats of physical violence.

(7) Threats of physical violence, including threats of sexual violence, against members and/or their family members are prohibited.

Report: Posting potentially personally-identifying information.

(3) Absolutely no unauthorized posting of identifying information about any MESO-Rx member e.g. no phone numbers, no names, no addresses, etc.

Jano doesn't know enough to just go away quietly so I guess he needs a little "encouragement". I'm working on it. The fact that he resides in a former communist shithole complicates things but it can still be done.

@janoshik suggested that @CensoredBoardsSuck's reference to "encouragement" in quotations is a threat. He did not indicate whether he thought it was of physical violence or posting personally-identifying information or whether or not this could be determined at all.

I've been alerted that there are were vague threats against me around here.

@Millard Baker will this be dealt with swiftly?

I remember you banned me because you believed I shared a non-public information about a member, in order to intimidate him - which has been proven to be false - yet you banned me swiftly and without any requesting any explanation from me.

This is much more direct, don't you think?

As indicated, the apparent threat was vague and ambiguous. However, I am still concerned about what could potentially be implied.

The reported rule violation has some merit but does not rise to a violation of the rules.

As far as @janoshik's earlier ban was concerned, I admittedly used my discretion in interpreting the rule because it involved the young child of a member. I have a extremely low tolerance for this type of behavior.

Thank you, Millard. All clear.

I appreciate your time and the fact that it's now black on white that actions of CBS are in the very least concerning.

So I Probably should have checked the thread, but i ordered us domestic 3 weeks ago and still haven't received my pack. Customer service through the panda website keeps telling me to hold off. Its bullshit.

So was that a temp ban or perma ban?

So this crap storm, and @janoshik playing the victim... Anyone that thinks Jano is trying to do right, and has the "good" of it's members in mind... He was banned because of what he said about @mands kid. So while he's trying to play the good guy, and look out for all members:confused: remember his character, threatening a kid. He's scum .
Was it done via PM or in the forum somewhere?

Then he would have had to send me a phishing link. Which I have never clicked on any link from anyone anywhere

You are fucking retarded. Do you know how many millions of people get their info stolen in a day? Do you think they're all just clicking sketchy links? They do shit that they don't even realize exposes them. They don't even know they had their info stolen... And that's me referring to very sensitive info like SS# and credit card info. An IP address is far from sensitive info for the majority of folks.

I have no clue what you did or didn't do, I'm certainly not taking your word for it, but if you think the only two options to get your IP address is through meso or a phishing link, you're a dummy and it shows how little you know about your own tech security.

@janoshik suggested that @CensoredBoardsSuck's reference to "encouragement" in quotations is a threat. He did not indicate whether he thought it was of physical violence or posting personally-identifying information or whether or not this could be determined at all.

Given that jano resides in Eastern Europe and I don't, a physica threat would be highly unlikely due to impracallity.

One could construe that it may or may not have been a threat to publish his personal information, however there was no indication that that's the case. And given the fact that I've never posted anyone's personal information on Meso before, there's no reason to believe I would do so now.

As indicated, the apparent threat was vague and ambiguous. However, I am still concerned about what could potentially be implied.

Perhaps I can clarify the implications of that statement. I'll begin by saying that I vehemently to object to the characterization of my post as a threat. It could be interpreted as a threat, however there's absolutely no evidence that it was. I would characterize my implication as an attempt to influence.

It may or may not have been a suggestion that I would post his personal information elsewhere; it may or may not have been a suggestion that I would take my "weekly public service announcement" to other forums that jano infests; it may or may not have been a suggestion that I would lobby the Meso administration to clarify the rules of the ignore function vis-à-vis members abusing the ignore funtion in order to attack and libel the blocked member without the blocked member being aware of its occurrence and therefore, unable to provide a defense; it may or may not have been a suggestion that I would send jano a Christmas card with the hopes of becoming his friend.

As you said, it was ambiguous. That was intentional.

“Based on what I know, I find it extremely unlikely that CBS obtained any IP addresses from MESO.” ...........

I've already said I didn't use Meso, dummy. Are you even following the thread? You have private email. Start looking there. Then look at your very weak website security.
