No you can not be fired for any reason. That’s why there is a trial inside the railroad. Unless you choose to resign then that’s on you and you didn’t lose your job then you resigned. Big difference. If you fail a drug test you get put on the street for a determined amount of time. Then you come back on probation. If you fail again then you are fired. They also don’t test for steroids. Only the big stuff like opiates weed amphetimines. Did you piss dirty. Can you be pulled out of service for improper procedure on something. You sure can. Will you lose your job. NO. Maybe eventually or if what you did caused major damage or killed someone.
My advice is no matter what your story is post up something that backs you up or just leave. Even if what you’re saying is true all you are doing is spamming the thread and no one cares or is listening. I’ll put the offer out there to you.
