This is really off topic but I placed an order with alldaychemist. Sent the bitcoin over, but they never got the payment and I even have the confirmation from coinbase that it was sent to their address. I hope I dont lose this money. Not sure if bitcoin is having issues?

I'm not a 100% sure how to do it but you can track the coin to see what happens to it someone can correct me if I'm wrong.
Their was a issue like this were a source didn't get paid but the customer sent money to a address but not the one belonging to the source. Turns out the guy was trying to scam the source.

Once you send it, its gone. Whether its the wrong address or just didnt pop up into their wallet as pending...or who knows what else tho....only serious downside of sending cryptos IMO - absolute zero margin of error can be made

I' not sure how people can mess up a payment on Bitcoin, you copy and paste the address that the source provides and then sent payment , then some sources ask for the exact amount paid ( bitxoins) and wambam. Done Simple

I've been researching that. Legally you're supposed to do the paper work to pay taxes on it
