Workout was,
1x3 high bar squats @ 95% (470lbs)
1x5 pause squats @ rpe 8
2x5 pause squats @ -10% from above
1x3 comp bench @ 82% (315lbs)
3x6 comp bench @ 76% (295lbs)
3x10 close grip bench @ rpe 9
20 pull ups
4x20 facepulls @ rpe 9
Yesterday was supposed to be my off day. So i didn't get a break in between deadlifts and squats. Still got the weight up without killing myself for a new 3 rep max pr in sleeves.
