A guessing game with what you bought is the last thing you'd want.
Great you managed to sort it out, eventually.
I suppose if they have loads of orders at the same time, like when they do a promo, a mistake can happen.
But not something you want a repeat of, for sure.

They lied about selling new batches of test vials without floaters and having better QC. They proceeded to send out the new batches to a lot of people afterwards with mad floaters and said "fuck you" to everyone that got them. Also, zero id or numbers on the package or boxes.

Keep track of that number on the side and email them which is which. Don't do what I did and trust the email with the number next to the product. The rep has the correct identification, not necessarily the email.

I had an order come earlier in the wk with the standard coded info on the outside. Idk why the switch, but ID by numbering things is a pita. Both promos, but pkgd differently. I guess slightly better for the idiots who don’t read and throw their stuff out, except they can still mix everything up.

I agree. While the new packing is nice, they do need to do a much better job with the labeling as it is causing headaches. The number written on the side is extremely easy to miss.

Well, now that they won't have much to sell, for the foreseeable future, maybe they will have some time to figure out a better way, lol.
They need to finalise a method of identification that is not so hit and miss and everyone is happy.
Then, if people still mess it up, you know it's their problem, not because of how they receive the items.

No disrespect. I just read somewhere that the other had mentioned the vials in the kits only contained 9ml and remember reading a post saying that QCS was going to recalibrate the system and have the 10ml vials filled with 10ml of oil. I was just asking a question. Other than that all of QSC kits that I have used over the past 2 years have been great. Other than the rip mix that has a bit of pip but still tolerable. Plus, the fact my athletes I coach also love QSC products. Sorry if this thread was taken in the wrong way. All I can say QSC has great products great value great results. This has been proven by my blood work all so. The HGH is tops as well and test well in blood panel.

Open a vial and pull 4 syringes and try to the 3cc mark and see what you got? would of been quicker than making a entire thread and taking pics of others peoples stuff lol

I am sure, in most of cases, people compare the 10ml with overfilled vials 11-12ml and think they are underfilled.
That said, mistakes can happen, and if a batch was prooved 9-9.3ml the buyer can request an extra vial on next order as compensation for the missing 10ml.
