Who is this manufacture per se since it’s not FDA approved. Isn’t BPC being banned from compounding pharmacies?
I don't know what you're asking. BPC is pretty widely available.

Association of semaglutide with reduced incidence and relapse of cannabis use disorder in real-world populations: a retrospective cohort study - Molecular Psychiatry

Despite its high prevalence, there are currently no FDA-approved medications for CUD. Patients treated with semaglutide, a...www.nature.com
Because it is attached to your spine.
I would think that the psoas goes into spasm, as you say, because of a back issue.
Do you have herniated or bulging discs? Other types of disc degeneration?
If not, you played softball. Is it possible you tend to lean more on one side, so the spine positioning/alignment is a little out of whack?
As for the shoulder injury/strain you are doing rehab for, may I please ask you what exercises you are doing?
Someone I know was only told to do external rotation and stretch the pecs.
I think they said it is a shoulder impingement (but the physio was so crap I wouldn't be sure it's true). It's a long standing thing and they never managed to resolve it.
Shoulders and knees are a pita, once damaged.
When did you become the representative of bodybuilders here lmao.I think I speak for all the bodybuilders here when I say it's time to get this thread back on topic:

bro I did liposomes in 1999 man as a science project. for every study by a nutritionist testing on 11 people there is others on different 15 people that is does very little (taking vitamins with meal is FAR better than liposomes) its lecithin man its for oil based vitamins and even that just take with a meal with fat in it. taking a little more vitamin C works just as well or simply taking it with food will be similar aswell. as again, Liposomal is just lecithin mixed with a water soluble vitamin which isn't going to magically push it into a cell wall. lecithin "liposomes" can help get fatty compounds in as act a solvent ie if take cannabis edible it absorbs better with fatty food. Please do your research on liposomal vitamin c …
