Long QT increases the risk of sudden cardiac event. Taken very seriously. If you're found to have a long QT your Dr will look at all the drugs that could be causing it and discontinue them as the risk is that great.

That said, if you aren't on other medications that cause long QT then the risk is low. But there are drugs in bodybuilding that can affect QT. Specifically stimulants.
