I have muscles but I certainly would not call myself athletic, or even very coordinated for that matter. I am a big klutz. Maybe that is why weight lifting appeals to me. I really do not need an outpouring of dynamic athleticism to be successful. Though I am sure it would help.It’s the constant tension between looking ideal and performing ideally. Skinny-fat is, unfortunately, where I perform best. All shredded and muscular is a bit of a disaster when it comes to athleticism for me personally, and I envy dudes whose sport makes them look that way!
