I think QSC chit chat got closed a while ago, though see if you can still comment in the testing section. As for the PepChat admin, you really just need tech support. Go into that tab and thebionaut usually responds.

At the very least it would force members who wish to condone such aggressive behaviour by sources against members to physically post their support & thus leave them open to highlighting & criticism of their words of support for those vendors & potentially being held to account for it / justify their words & actions.

That aside, the premise is idiotic. The fact that this forum exists for the purposes of harm reduction and that vendors should be held accountable doesn't mean that anyone has to be nice to idiots.

Sure, QSC and Tracy should be held accountable for their customer service and their behavior. It's on display for everyone to see. Don't like it, don't buy from 'em. There's the accountability. Hell, the customer service is one of the things that I value most about QSC. I'd rather do business with someone as transparent as Tracy is about everything, including his feelings about idiotic customers. I'd even pay a premium for it.
