For emails, all the tuesday emails during China working hours got a reply, we only have emails left from about 12 hours or so, so pratically no one gets a slower reply than 24 hours using sigma@sigma email.

Whatsapp we have a larger delay, I have replied to all whatsapps sent earlier than 48 hours ago. I also found some unreplied whatsapps due to some chat history deleted, only few ones and I took care of them. I also sent plenty of tracking numbers for the ones who request them.

BUT you need to know that if you send again a new whatsapp message actually it gets you on top in whatsapp, like if you sent a new message, so you are considered a 18th dec order.

And please stick to the ordering form, avoid useless chat to optimize the processing time.

I waited for 8 hours, then followed up with the order twice in WhatsApp, and he responded with the total amount and where to send the payment. However, I didn’t receive confirmation from him that he received the money. Hopefully, you’ll get a response tomorrow, as the Xmas promo is very tempting.

why would you guys need a confirmation from them? Send the hash to them and that’s all you need.
 
Usually, the vendors I’ve ordered from always confirmed receipt of payment. If it’s not common practice here, that’s fine, I’ll keep that in mind for the future.
I’ve never personally had them confirm any payment. I send hash, they read it and all is good. Maybe on email or other communication they do. WhatsApp never thought on my end.

I ordered a few kits on WhatsApp from the Black Friday sale on November 24th, but due to Wealthsimple being complete assholes, I wasn’t able to send hash until November 29th (ShakePay FTW).


That is still en route because I somehow managed to copy and paste a mystery “hash ID” that wasn’t the right one. It was resolved and has shipped.




I ordered a small kit for Cyber Monday on December 2nd, and payment sent on December 5th (this was the WS shit again because my husband thought he could send from his account. Wrong. He called WS and these asshats drilled him on where it was going and why. They even sent an email asking for the company url and invoice. Fuck off.)



I asked about tracking, but I had received a message from DHL on WhatsApp that I thought was spam. It had the tracking numbers and links to both packages.



Moral of the story, don’t ignore DHL messages on WhatsApp if they have the blue checkmark, because they contain tracking. Make sure you are sending the correct information. Also, fuck Wealthsimple. Financial institutions have gotten too comfortable with our privacy. This wasn’t a huge transaction, nor was it a regular occurrence. I digress.

Cyber Monday order was received yesterday. Total turn around to Canada 14 days.

If you’re ordering domestic and need your shit fast, get it from another source. Been a week so far and nothing’s shipped. If you have time, worth the wait.
