I'd say BP is the one area insurance companies don't push back on much. Probably because the meds are so damn cheap and their own data shows keeping BP in check unquestionably reduced their costs.

It's just that docs look at it as "I'll be retired before this becomes a problem." and patients with stage 2 hypertension are "I feel fine, I'm not taking any damn pills".

They don't call it "The silent killer" for nothing.

But you don't need docs or insurance to easily manage this yourself. There are threads here on Meso showing exactly how to go step by step and figure out what you need, using the most up to date clinical guidelines. It's the kind of thing you can just call your doctor about and 95% of the time they'll just write a script for what you tell them you want. They're happy you did their job for them.
I was one of those who said my bp in the 140s-160s wasnt an issue. Then I developed RCVS(Reversible cerebral vasoconstriction syndrome) one night. The arteries in my brain looked like sausage links constricting back and forth. The worst pain i ever felt in my life I wanted to d1e. Could possibly happen again but may never happen again but I do know my blood pressure was a huge factor.

hash sent Wednesday their time shipped Friday their time wasn’t for anything on promo list though.
Flip it 15 times... and step on it a little!! Lol .. Dam I'm just realized I injected the left side.. Always start on ghr right side mondays.... I'm gonna be fucking backwards all week now!!!
Dam it..
Only reminders I have on my phone are “shot left” and “shot right”

I regret not knowing what I know now and getting a handle on my BP in my early 30s when it was clearly too high.

Damage is not only a result of high BP, but how long one is in that state. It's one of the reasons why the new guidelines address it much earlier.

To be frank, while they still recommend "lifestyle changes", getting BP down immediately with meds, not waiting years to see if it can be brought down other ways. is seen as preferred now And no, it's not a "big pharma" conspiracy. Most BP meds are dirt cheap generics.

But when docs don't take it seriously, you assume it's no big deal.

Better late than never. Regardless of how much damage has been done, stopping it as soon as you can is a smart move, and the more time you go on with BP under control, the more your odds increase of avoiding health problems.

I wish I could get my BP -higher-. I've started salting my food more but already take in a large amount of electrolytes with my liquids and have done so for years. My BP is 89/57 as of today and has been stuck there since bumping up my endurance training about a couple of months ago. It's causing annoying orthostatic hypotension and I'm not aware of any easy remedies for it. I have seriously considered adding EQ to my TRT.

Does your blood test look like you need more sodium?

I love reading your posts. I should do something about my BP too. Not high but definitely not 120/70

What source has this? I checked out pctzone and cosmicpct but couldn't find the AM variant.

Thanks for the education!

They can both get it if you ask them.

A ton of brands make that combo of telm/amlodipine, in various dosages, 40/5, 40/10, 80/5, 80/10, since it's so effective.

DM me for the source of you want it. it is a steal. I stocked up on a BF sale at $12/box. That's $24 for a year of daily, top notch BP meds.

Look at this insanity for the name brand original:

There's one area where Telm/Amlodipine shines over others, and why I chose it over the hundreds of other options.

There's an early morning "surge" of BP intended to wake you up from sleeping. Very few BP meds control this surge. It's the reason so many wake up to find their spouse dead from some cardiac or cerebrovascular event, and strokes/aneurisms often happen in the morning.

This once a day combo is best in class for keeping BP lower during the surge, regardless of what time of day you take it.

Hey, my recent order came. Test e is green tops right?

Also I ordered hgh 24iu, it came with grey tops. The size of the vial and the powder inside is the same amount as my 10iu blue tops hgh. Is this normal? It probably is, but I just want to make sure.

Do you notice any negative side effects from the addition of amlopidine?

A little water retention, a little dizziness. Mostly gone after a couple of weeks Completely gone after a month.

As you can see even those transient side effects are fairly rare. At 5mg once a day less than 1% of patients have to stop using it because of unresolved sides. Just power through it. You only need to go through the adjustment period once, but odds are you won't have any sides at all.

what evidence do u have?

Of which point specifically? I have references for everything, but don't post everything because it's just TLDR for most,

I will make one correction, Tirz is synthetic, not recombinant, both pharma and recombinant, but, the contaminant profile is still different between both, and only one has had all of its contaminants evaluated.

It's normal. The amount of powder says nothing about the amount of active ingredient. The only way you can find out is with a laboratory test.

I agree. I decided not to order now.
Ill wait until March onwards
When NOT to order if you want as quick as possible
1. During a promo (QSC is already inexpensive you cheap fuck)
2. Any Chinese, American or global holiday
3. Anytime they say they are moving or changing anything
4. During any kind of gear panic (shortages or new laws)

If you need it quick consider a domestic source or look into homebrewing. Once you find a good reliable source, make as big a purchase as your comfortable loosing and stock up. This will minimize your exposure and maximize your OPSEC.

I don’t think there will ever be a time when someone is paying $35,000 for a kg of testosterone that is currently $300. Even so, I don’t see how a flip of $69,400 will make me a millionaire either
You're not thinking like a roid-dealer bro.

Sell your vials under-dosed and, boom, up goes your profit-margin. ;)
