I accumulated a lot of work on Tracy's email, so a lot of customer service problems remained unanswered in the past week, 100% my fault, a bit of slack and fatigue I imagine, I take total responsibility , a little busy but I will make up for it this weekend, I sincerely apologize and accept if you were not happy, I deserve it.
