I just read the ingredients list of the one pictured above and there is no added protein, it's just all from milk.
What you say is true for "protein oats" that I see on sale here, where they use soy protein. Cheaper and vegan, two birds with one stone.

Because my country has a tendency of opening all packages from the outside of eu due to our 45% toll policy. And if they can milk the toll price by opening the package and reevaluating the price a little higher, they'll do that.

EU has a special line. I think qsc wouldn't have much success mailing to European countries and just crossing his fingers. Search this thread for "Eu seized". Surprisingly no posts after posts of seizures like you suggest is going to happen
