This is like asking me to give you bac water for free
The bac water is in seperate warehouse and costs $10 if its usps priority shipping is also not charged it’s like adding it for free, it makes no sense, so if you want bac water you should obviously pay for its shipping cost

i dont know why people buy bac water from ugl vendors anyway, Its such a ripoff and no telling how long the shits been sitting around , Hospira is the only "safe" bac water imho , never heard of anyone complaining about welts/stinging etc when using good bac water ,,,, not to say ugl bac water is necessarily bad ,but,,,,

Because probably she doesn’t know neither, they just do the machinery work, when they asked me can the buyers add bac water, I answered “no” without explaining.

I am using WhatsApp and I used to have great success but recently I think it's a different rep.

As far as your request is in time, there is nothing to worry about.
Also last day of payment, I give them 2 extra days, so if the deadline for ordering is 7th, and you sent your order during the allowed time, payment will still be accepted if sent the 9th.
No email should be waiting more than 24 hours, so if you didn't receive an answer before 24 hours, send again and don't hesitate if you suspect they missed the message.
If you want to send both email and whatsapp, you're free, as far as you don't send payment proof twice otherwise the other assistant will tell you I don't know your order.

They recently mixed up my raws. 1 was actually 2 and I know this because 1 was supposed to be 100g not 10g. It's obvious to tell the difference between the two but still.
And I was told the raws would be sent separately from the peptides but they sent part of the peptide order with the raws. Those peptides don't have codes or numbers to identify
