Who said it was only one order? It took them over a week to prepare my shipment from the EU warehouse every time. Now my emails are being "undelivered returned to sender." More lies and horrible customer service after doing repeat business with you all.

The undeliverable emails have been an issue recently. So far, all the solutions require the customers to delete the majority of their thread before they resend it. The problem is that some buyers use protonmails, and this cause issues of communication.The undeliverable emails have been an issue recently.
