Who said it was only one order? It took them over a week to prepare my shipment from the EU warehouse every time. Seems like a pointless risk and waste of resources for the supplier just to save a few days on delivery time.
 
Made payment almost 3 weeks ago now.. Was re-assured tracking would be provided on the 12th-13th, but of course nothing was received. Now my emails are being "undelivered returned to sender." More lies and horrible customer service after doing repeat business with you all.

It sounds like your problem, not ours.
Your undelivered returned emails to sender is linked to your lack of ability to send an email successfully, perhaps if you did it, you will already having a tracking.

Thats a cop out, I been sending emails to the same email just fine. Suddenly they aren't going through? And you still haven't provided tracking you promised to provide on the 12th or 13th? Where's my product at that I paid for 3 weeks ago? Is that my problem too? That I have confirmed emails that you received payment.. why hasn't anything be shipped? Why continue to lie?

The undeliverable emails have been an issue recently. So far, all the solutions require the customers to delete the majority of their thread before they resend it. Something about it being perceived as junk if the email chain is too long.

The problem is that some buyers use protonmails, and this cause issues of communication.

Protonmails should be avoided.

The assistants now are sending tracking numbers for all orders to the buyers once they are available.

And you can go fuck yourself and buy elsewhere if you're not happy. Everyone operates the way he wants, some provide tracking, some don't, and some upon request, you don't like the way one operates, no problem, change the sources, no need to bust balls.
