No, if you placed your order via whatsapp, stay in whatsapp during the whole process until getting tracking number.

And same for email, it's pointless to send to email if you placed your order via whatsapp

I sent an order late last night, i got a reply in minutes and had funds sent and order confirmed within a couple of hours.
Fastest and smoothest order i have ever made with QSC.
Considering how busy they must be i must commend them.
I also received my order from the October Oils promo yesterday, it had been stuck for 22 days in transit but eventually started moving and arrive safe and sound.
One vial of Tren E had crashed pretty badly but it came back into solution after a few minutes by the heater so no issues there.
